CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the best experience for all guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours' notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows or cancellations made on the same day will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. For late arrivals, your appointment may be adjusted or rescheduled depending on the time available. This policy helps respect everyone's time and allows me to accommodate other guests.
